Yes. Room is clean, bed is super clean & sheets are soft. My bed is made everyday. They have a gym I made use of, & a rooftop swimming which I did not use.
The location is very convenient, a few blocks & short walk to Bkt. Bintang top shopping malls like Pavillion & Lot 10.
Please note, this hotel does not have a car park facility.
Highly recommended.

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Grand lobby, impressive decor. Front desk assistant spoke English in soft tone and at times, unclear to me.
Stayed at triple deluxe room on the 16th floor. The bathroom was flooded with water at least 2 inches in height. The water took at least half an hour to clear the bathroom. For a few stars hotel, this shouldn’t have happened!
