The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift!
I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...

"If you are looking for a great place to stay with a stunning view and attentive and fabulous owners look no further. We wanted to stay outside Nice, have access to a pool and not to worry about parking and this checked all the boxes. Make sure you sign up for breakfast each morning. Enjoy your coffee and croissant in the garden while getting lost in the amazing view. At night have drinks at the outdoor bar with your friendly host. We will book again. "

It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly. "
