"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"Great location for popping into Cirencester and day out in the Cotswolds. Room was huge and very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was undergoing a paint job when we stayed but everyone working was very polite and helped us avoid any wet spots! Would definitely stay again,"
