"We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. If several people are checking in at once, it's a bit of a wait because their process is slow. That is the only drawback we found. It hasn't stopped us from returning. The location is great and you can walk to several galleries and the parliament buildings easily."
