"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. "Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"A bit of a mix-up whilst checking in but clean and welcome by staff. Room very nice and large. Great free water juice and soft drinks! I didn't realise they were free until my last day! My only negative comment no drawer to put small itens of clothing away and wardrobe very simple and not enough hangers."

"We had an issue with getting the room cleaned. Their system didn't work well for us. Tag left on door before 10am, just after 9am, we went for a long breakfast returned the room wasn't ready. Went to sit in the foyer for 30mins as we thought they were coming. Returned spoke to the cleaner in the room next door, he assured us it would be done in 30 mins. We returned to the foyer...40mins later they were just getting to it. Apologised they'd been busy 40mins later (2pm) the room had been cleaned but nothing replenished. Had to ask for toilet roll . Disappointed nobody asked at reception if everything was ok on our 3rd return to sit in the foyer. No USB ports in the room - shock!!!"

"Very popular restaurant with hotel rooms. Rooms were small but well presented with comfortable beds, Coffee machine, fridge in some rooms, modern bathroom with walk in shower in all but one room. Plenty of car parking. Stayed on Sunday night. Two acts in garden provided background music that didn't interupt conversations. Plenty of outside seating for drinks or to eat. No TV in bar as this is really a restaurant with small inside bar area and lots of space outside. No lift but walk in shower makes life easier for elderly. Staff very attentive & nothing too much trouble. Good choice of breakfast items from eggs benedict, sausage/bacon sarni, to full English and vegetarian options. I would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely large room. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Generously refilled daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, made us feel welcome. Bar and air conditioned restaurant serving good homemade food. Good portion sizes too. Bus stop outside. Only 15 mins into Bridgenorth which is lovely too."
