We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Round Island Kitchen. Food was great. I liked the location of the resort. It was a good walk from downtown and away from all the commotion. "

"We just happen to find this hotel on hotels.com excellent room with a balcony, a beautiful view. Listed as a slight view of the lake, but it had a great view of the lake. I had a fireplace in the room. The beds were comfortable. the beach was very nice and clean and it was nice that they had a Campfire in the evening. The continental brightness was one of the better ones we’ve had at a hotel. We would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was picked because it was pet friendly. When we got there, the young lady at check in was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a great introduction! Then our room was in a great location and there was a very convenient green space for dog walking. My sister and I enjoyed our coffee and bagel for breakfast. Wonderful start to our day."

We enjoyed being on the river but it was a little difficult to sit out on the patio because the water fowl wanted to join us. Wasn’t too bad until somebody from up on the second floor decided to feed the ducks, which made seagulls and ducks all come running. "
