The staff went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded our every expectation! Accommodated us arriving early, called us taxis, called and made us reservations for meals and wine tastings. "I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using."

"Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable with a small balcony. Bed very comfy. Showers hot with a full raining water shower head. Food (Dinner) was really good and the dining area very homely. Staff were cheerful and very helpful."
