The hotel was great, the staff were nice, the room was in good shape. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. For $260 for a night I was expecting something a little nicer than what it was. The photos of the balcony are very misleading as well. You barely have enough room to open the door and walk out. With the 2 chairs and a table that are out there it makes it very hard to move around. All in all the hotel was nice, and I will be staying again, I just wish it was a little cheaper for the quality of room that you receive.

This property had everything we imagined and then some as far as location, what the downtown area had to offer and the view of everything! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Average building with somewhat dated rooms. Common area on main level was nice. Staff was very good. Very close to the aquarium which was the reason for the visit. Several food choices within walking distance. We’ll try another place next time we visit Chattanooga.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot downtown and one can easily park close by, never get in their car again, and enjoy several days of fun. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and the hotel was extremely clean.

Although we did not get a chance to check out the Tennessee Aquarium this exact trip, we are planning to return very soon and make that the focus. Also, we discovered the baseball field was within walking distance and will make that a priority as well.
