"Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. Not sure what was happening during my stay but there were doors being slammed repeatedly all afternoon. However, the place is equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes in the form of a dedicated secure storage space. For the price I would have expected the room to be better equipped and the place to be better maintained "

"On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. I’m still shocked at their audacity but it’s clearly a scam. The hotel is closed for the off season but they’re still falsely advertising rooms so they can scam people so please DO NOT BOOK as it will end in disaster and you will not get your money back. I also trusted Hotels.com to facilitate a legitimate booking, and I now find myself out of pocket due to no fault of my own. "
