"We only stayed one night on our way further south, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently situated and beautifully designed, with a large and comfortable seating area downstairs and access to a kitchen. We especially liked the design and ambience of the property and it was quiet and peaceful. The town isn't much to write home about, although has a nice cathedral. "The hotel itself was fine, but circumstances and location were scary. It was surrounded by an industrial zone. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the lobby was locked and no one was there except a maid who was illiterate even in French. The cab driver helped me figure out how to use a machine to actually get in the building and to my room! I did not see another soul until breakfast the next morning, and as an older female traveling alone felt very unsafe. Though I was told there was some food...
