"Wonderful hotel in the quiet countryside. Situated away from any other large towns this is the ideal peaceful getaway.
The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful highly recommended."
"We found this gem on our way south and so glad we stayed. The couple who hosted us were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful. The view from the pool was incredible. It is a quiet town so there’s not much around but the city of Sarlat was wonderful. Sunday market is a must! "
"This delightful hotel in the heart of St Cyprien exceeded all our expectations with its warm, attentive service, cozy charm, and modern comforts. From the moment we arrived, Benedicte made us feel genuinely welcome, offering personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. "
"The rooms are funcrional, comfy and with a lovely little ourltdoor area with a good view. The food and wine in the restaurant was superb. Very good value for money"
"Horrible checkin process. Also your room has to pass inspection before you check-out or your 100 euro deposit is not refunded. Also you have to make and strip beds and haul the sheets and towels out."
"Overall, it was a pleasant base for our three-day trip to Dordogne. Our lovely host, Christine, was welcoming and helpful in recommending places to visit and restaurants to try, and the breakfast she prepared was delicious. The room was clean and functional."
"Very warm and friendly hosts! The home is beautiful and spotless with a lovely back terrace for breakfast dining, or just relaxing with views overlooking Sarlat-la-Caneda. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Great multi lingual staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and especially the gardens, with the river and working restored water wheel.
A great location to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants.
Highly recommended and would stay here again if in the area. "
"Ferme Lamy was pretty much an oasis of calm during our two days there. Our host Arnaud was helpful in every way possible. The pool was a beautiful and refreshing respite from the demands of tourism. Breakfasts were complete and ample. The one dinner we had there was marvelous, sitting in the shade overlooking the pool and fields. It was 3 courses. First was a delicious paté as entrée, and then the main plat was duck breast with green beans, followed by crème brulé dessert. Our room was small but comfortable. The whole experience was a “moment of zen.”"

"The hotel was just as I remembered it. Beautiful rooms looking out in a courtyard that leads to a very nice swimming pool. Everything about the stay was nice except the restaurant which was very disappointing. I had remembered this from four years ago as a lovely wonderful Happy meal. This time terrible service and ridiculous pricing. They force you into tasting menus with high price and tiny portions. No flexibility. Everybody has to get the same thing. This caused great problems because one member of our family was not feeling well and couldn’t eat much. Also, the seating for the restaurant was in full sun at 8:00 PM and everybody on the patio was uncomfortable as the sun ran its way across their attempted protection of flimsy curtains. That ridiculously expensive meal was the low point of our time in France,"

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. Highly recommend!"
