Week-end à Porto

Belle et spacieuse chambre. Point négatif: très brouillant car pas de double vitrage. Nous aurions aimer avoir quelques adresses pour déjeuner et plan de la ville.

Habitación cara para lo que fue. Creo q en la descripción se debería indicar los tres pisos que hay que subir andando. Ni limpieza ni cambio de toallas en cuatro días, casi nos quedamos sin papel higiénico! Como no hay recepción, no puedes pedir ninguna necesidad que surja. Teniamos una habitación como abohardillada y había que tener mucho cuidado para no darte con el techo en la cabeza. Sólo un mini espejo en el baño que era diminuto, ningún espejo de cuerpo entero. La ventana estaba encima de la cama, pero si abríamos la ventana, entraban un millón de hormigas...en fin, esa habitación en concreto, parecía una cosa y resultó muy incómoda. Cara y mediocre. Desde luego no para gente mayor! La zona estupenda para manejarte a pie y rodeada de servicios. Me dijeron que me mandarían la factura por email y todavía estoy esperando...

Excellente situation

Appartement très bien situé proche station de métro et centre historique. Spacieux et fonctionnel. Ménage succinct, un seul robinet (eau chaude) fonctionnait au lavabo. Une étagère serait appréciée dans la salle de bain et une deuxième lampe de chevet dans la chambre ainsi qu'une table basse dans le salon seraient un plus. Terrasse et jardin très agréables mais des travaux bruyants nous ont empêché d'en profiter.

Ants Ants and more Ants

The unit was fine, the building is an older building and I noticed that there was an infestation of ant's coming into the bathroom from the bathroom window. I noticed as few ant's in the kitchen. I think the place needs to be sprayed...probably a condition of an old building.

Porto place

It was a great place to stay. The rooms were BIG, more of like an apartment feel, great location to down town and all the city hot spots. Two great local cafes down the street. Only draw back was that it was super nosy but hey, you're in Porto so who cares? Loved it and can't wait to come back.

Mitten im Zentrum

Super Lage, schönes Zimmer, wir hatten das direkt unter dem Dach. Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber ansonsten top, sehr gemütlich. Nur eins hat uns nicht so gut gefallen und das sind die Kissen aus Memory Schaum. Hart wie Stein, so dass wir letztlich ohne bzw. auf einem Pulli geschlafen haben.

falta de atenção com o hospede

Pessimo! Para começar, o check in tem que ser feito por contato telefonico. Isso em nenhum lugar estava informado, apenas na porta do estabelecimento. Para quem nao é de portugal ou nao possui um chip de celular fica impossivel entrar. Só conseguimos entrar graças a um rapaz da loja ao lado que fez a ligação por nos e conseguiu a senha de entrada. Mandei mensagem de whats up para combinar como seria feito o pagamento ou as condições de check out mas em nenhum momento alguem sequer deu resposta. FIcamos no ultimo quarto do estabelecimento. Não possui elevador e são varios lances de escada ate la. Com teto baixo, era muito facil bater a cabeça nas vigas de madeira. O banheiro tambem era muito pequeno. A pia é do mesmo tamanho de um banheiro de avião, nem tinha espaço pra colocar uma pasta de dente. O box do chuveiro com um mini vidro que não veda nada, toda vez que tomavamos banho todo o banheiro ficava inundado Depois voce era obrigado a ficar pisando num chao molhado. No site falava de um estacionamento por 10 euros, O unico que achei mais perto ficava 2 quarteiros para baixo e me cobraram 42 euros por 1 diaria. Como não fomos recebidos por ninguem no hostel, nao recebemos qualquer orientação, não sei se tinha algum outro lugar para estacionar. Se tem algum ponto positivo é a facilidade de acesso com carro e a localização, que é perto da praça dos aliados e dali voce pode caminhar para outros pontos turisticos da cidade.

cómodo, bien situado y vintage

Muy acogedor, un poco frío, y una nota es perfecto pero le hacen falta unas pequeñas cortinas en la ventana del baño puesto que te ven las personas del edifico de al lado sin ningún pudor, es lo único que puedo comentar y es muy fácil de subsanar, del resto nada que objetar.

Otel hakkında

Lokasyonu çok iyi, kontak kişi çok pozitif ve yardımcı. Yataklar konforlu gozukmekle birlikte değil. Temizlik bir gün atlandı ve yapılmadı ancak genel olarak süper temizlik olduğu söylenemez. Güvenli ve sessiz.

Splendida dimora

Molto accogliente, ben arredato e pulito. Il gestore è stato disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-in causa mancanza di spazio/reception e abbiamo dovuto spostarli in un altro hotel che distava 10 min a piedi. I bagni non sono dotati di asciugacapelli.

Spezielle Suiten

Netter Empfang durch Angestellten. Erklärte uns mit map, was in Porto unbedingt angeschaut werden muss und wir konnten gleich Tickets kaufen. SUPER! Leider sind die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sehr laut, da Strasse mit Kopfsteinpflaster und viel Betrieb bis Mitternacht. Ist eben so mitten im Zentrum!

Hotel em zona bem central mas nada isolado de som - ouve-se o barulho todo da rua; no inverno deve ser bem frio porque não tem aquecimento. Nunca encontrei presente ninguém do staff.

Vi blev smidt ud af hotellet.. grundet overbooking

Vi nåede at "tjekke ind", som bestod af et opkald til "receptionen", som gav os en kode til hoveddøren hvorefter vi kunne tage nøglen i lejligheden. Lejligheden fejlede intet, problemet opstod da vi kl 22 efter vores aften gåtur, blev mødt af en receptionist som sagde at vi blev nød til at gå igen, da de havde dobbeltbooket vores værelse, og først opdaget det på dagen... vi bestilte 4 måneder før, så der var god tid til at opdage fejlen, vil vi mene. De havde ikke flere værelser og ville ikke hjælpe med at finde et nyt hotel, som stortest var umuligt så sent... vi endte på hostel med 12 andre i rummet den aften... dagen efter fiksede hotels.com alt, og de resterende nætter blev reddet. Men ville ALDRIG anbefale dette hotel!!!!!!!!!

Je n'appellerais pas Charm Garden un hôtel

Arrivée devant porte close , j'ai dû téléphoner pour avoir le code de la porte. La clé était sur la porte de la chambre. Aucune réception, aucun personnel rencontré durant tout le séjour... pas de salle commune pour le petit-déjeuner. Je trouve abusif de dire que c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix est trop élevé. De plus ils ont débité de ma carte le prix du séjour avant que j'arrive à l'hôtel !!!

Experiência surreal pela negativa.

O estabelecimento é de tal modo mau que não ficamos lá, apesar de termos pago antecipadamente, atribuíram-nos um quarto numas águas furtadas sem ar condicionado. . . tivemos de procurar um hotel á seria.

Out in the rain!

Didn't care for the check in via phone, my phone did not work in Portugal. I found a nice local to call for me after standing in the rain for a hour. Never saw or meet anyone, I like the personal service.

Gorgeous apartment. Well worth the trip.

The apartment was lovely. Felipe and the Charm Gardens team went out of the way to make our stay perfect. Every request was met beyond expectations. The apartment was designed and laid out thoughtfully and with attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The neighbourhood is fun, with lots of art shops and restaurants and on a direct line by metro from the airport.
