Staff was amazing, from valet parking to desk check in. Rooms clean. Views were nice.

Omni Charlotte Hotel
I enjoyed the room & the hotel itself. The only bad thing was that it took over an hour to get my car back from the valet. We also had a later checkout time so it’s not like everyone was leaving at the same time. No explanations were given as to why it took so long
