Great, hard working “real” staff!

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all.

Overall this hotel is very clean, no roaches (I haven’t seen any). The staff is attentive, engaging and friendly staff. It would be nice to have coffee available all day and the breakfast could use major improvements (ie fruits, juice, water).

The original room I book was sold , The key entry was Down all weekend so staff had to let us in and escorted to our room to be unlocked with a master key , and the room I has was not very clean floors was dirty window unit was filthy with stuff from kids toys to snack wrappers to food definitely was not worth the money spent Staff was very helpful and polite

I loved the location of the property. The staff was very nice. I liked the size of the room and the way it was set up. I feel like it was time for some deep cleaning on top of fridge, in corners, etc. Above and beyond the quick clean you'd do most of the year. But there was nothing that made me feel the room was too dirty to stay in. Interestingly there were no ice cube trays or garbage cans in the room. The staff quickly gave me the trays and some plastic bags but the garbage cans never showed up. Outside of that, everything was exactly as described in the reservation and I would stay there again.

Me and my family stayed only one night but it’s NOT up to the Extended Stay standards. For families and longer duration stays I don’t personally recommend it. Staff was very good and polite however we are not satisfied with hotel cleanliness standards.

I booked a night to see how it was and the booking went Smoothly. But the minute that I got there and I was getting ready to go to bed. There were roaches in the shower. There were mouse traps out in the open. The floors were sticky. It smelled like roach spray. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When I pulled out the pull out there was blood all over.It and it smelled there was no sheets or covers.It was just a complete disaster all the way around.There was a hole on the bathroom door and walls. This was one of the worst stays that I have experienced all year long. Very disappointed in this extended stay. I will never recommend or go back. The front service staff was very polite and nice. Thank you tiana for being very understanding. But other than that terrible place do not go

Once we entered the hotel's parking lot, we could smell ganja. The hotel essentially smells ganja. And we didn't see shampoo, body lotion, or conditioner. There werent cups too for us to use.
