Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, well maintained, and had no problem staying cold once temp was set. I felt safe & had easy access to surrounding area. Could probably use a few more parking spaces, but I also checked in late and there were a few cars parking in more than one spot. Overall, amazing stay!

We’ve stayed here before and it is still a great place. We had some issues with the TV and bathroom light this time but we just let it go. Mentioned it on check and the staff explained. If we come back this way we will stay here again.

Our room was missing a pillow on one of the beds, had various items from the previous guest still around, and the toilet and shower had hair and fecal on it. After we cleaned it up it was a decent room for the night.

I would have given the facility 5 stars, however the indoor pool was not in service. The pool was the deciding factor in my making a reservation at this location. I wish there had been a notice online that it was not in service. There were other hotels in the vicinity I would have then chose for the location.

It sure was confusing trying to find the hotel when the main road in was shut down! Having no familiarity with the area, the “detour” route was NOT in the GPS when i arrived in the daytime and was even worse when I went out at night! Having hotels “tucked into” shopping centers is a terrible maze! Other than that, I’m happy with the staff and my room!

The property looks old and tired and had a bad odor until they mopped one day. I could see the wallpaper peeling off the wall outside the elevator. It was giving dive motel vibes. However, once inside the actual room, it was actually pretty comfortable and clean enough. I would stay again if it saved me money. I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room. That wa the best, and the beds were very comfortable.

Friendliness of the entire staff - service, greetings, very hospitable. Everyone - night associate, culinary attendants, servicemen, housekeeping, morning associate - greeted with smiles and light conversation. The hotel was located right next to the highway which made it easy to get off and get back on the road. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff is kind as well. Parking was easy and there’s numerous access doors to get inside. The hotel is also located near a couple restaurants and shops!
