I watched ONE worked check in for two hotels and never answered the phone, then when I needed the shuttle service back from the airport, I could not get someone to answer the phone to notify them. Two 15 minute holds, 4 ring thrus that hung up and 1.5 hours later, I was able to make the shuttle after my flight….. and I paid for the shuttle drop off and pick up!

One to be avoided. We were looking forward to using the pool but found it closed for the duration of our stay. The whole hotel, and especially our room, was very rough around the edges. The carpet was heavily stained and furniture broken. Housekeeping staff obviously do their best and are a credit to the hotel but as the saying goes, you can't polish a turd. The pictures shown are in no way indicative of the hotel's condition. The area surrounding the hotel features a strip club and smoke shop and high levels of vagrancy. Not exactly family friendly. I got the impression the the hotel is also used as a half way house for addicts or criminals. The airport shuttle was convenient and hard to fault but didn't make up for the failings already listed.

we paid online and got here and there was a surprise holding fee of $75 that we were never told would happen upon booking online. it also charged immediately but was told that it would take 5-7 days to return that back to us. absolutely unacceptable.

The pictures of the hotel make it seem a lot nicer than it actually is. The Ramada didn’t even have its own entrance. There are 3 hotels in one and we had to enter through one of the other hotels. The hallways smelled like smoke and the carpet and walls were very worn down. I believe the pictures make the hotel look a lot nicer.

Yeahhhh just don’t book this place just because it’s cheaper than the other hotels. We were quite concern for our safety, saw there was also bed bugs and bunch of hair in the bed after pulling the sheets back, and also the pillows given in are like the square throw pillows for the couches. There was no point of contacting the front office to complain, because I could already tell nothing would be changed or would be fixed in that moment. It’s sketchy.

The hotel lobby and hallways are so dirty and dark. The water in the shower was frozen and wouldn’t heat up, so I couldn’t shower. The cleaning service kept knocking on everyone’s doors every 30 minutes starting at 9am before it was even checkout time. Overall, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Will never stay here again. Prostitutes were outside constantly as well as sketchy people. When my boyfriend was coming up the elevator a hooker asked if hed like to goto her room for $100. Our key card constantly didnt work. So we had to go downstairs and get it fixed like 5 times. The heat was blasting and it smelled awful. We even felt unsafe outside waiting for our uber because crackheads were everywhere.

Building is older looking and run down a bit. Ceilings are peeling in bathrooms and I saw a few bugs. But, for the price I was happy. It was as clean as they could make it all things considered

First of all understaffed. Very old, smelly, and bad condition place. Seems like an extremely low budget place. I booked a 2 bed room online. They refused to provide 2 beds, instead they said they had a right to give 1 bed room. They even refused to accept the problem. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Arrived very late and left very early so my experirnce was only at night. The place was large and disorienting. There seemed to be three separate lobbies Ramada, Clarion, and Radisson, leading to the same sets of rooms. Just make and call it a big Wyndham. The wss a lot of construction and unused spaces. It was easy to get lost. Impossible to explain to take out how to deliver a meal.

The evening front desk clerk didn’t answer the phone — I tried to reach them for about an hour regarding the airport shuttle. The hotel is under construction; the parts left open are very shabby. My view was of a parking lot with a gentlemen’s club, and I found a bug in the bathroom.

Mold Growing on the ceiling the rooms smell and the mattresses were all stained. Paint was peeling off The ceilings due to the water damage and the mold and the rugs are disgustingly dirty and have burn holes in them.

Decent location. The hotel had hot water though. I also went out a rear door of the hotel and could not get back in as there were no door handles on the exterior of the door. Furthermore, I was trapped within an electrified fence and couldn't walk back around to the front of the hotel. Fortunately, another guest saw me and let me back in. The staff was solid, but this hotel should be shut down until it fixes these issues. I cant believe I paid to stay here.

Do not stay. Hotel is connected to a clarion hotel and all checki ns go through 1 desk 1 person. Waited 30 minutes to get a room with no tv. Called and was asked to check tv myself. Had t wait anoyhe 30 minutes to get a new room. While walking back and forth i saw roaches on the floor.

The photos posted do not match this resort. The Common Area looked like the remnants of a Nuclear War. Empty and abandoned. Our door would not lock. One of us had to stay in the room to ensure our belonging were secure.

Such a scary area. Right across from a strip club and there were a lot of people walking around looking like they were on drugs. Did not feel safe parking or staying there at all. Heard that all rooms had roaches everywhere and I wish I knew how unsafe the area was before booking because then I wouldn’t book. It’s nothing like the pictures and no one should be allowed to stay there. Check google reviews because Expedia reviews were not accurate at all. Should not be 3 stars.

It was a horrible experience. The staff at the front desk was not welcoming at all. She was on the phone most of the time and I have to wait for our check-in. When we went to our room, the AC unit wasn't working and the room was so hot. When my husband called the front desk, the same staff came and said our hotel is over-booked, I will see if I can find a different room for you. we waited almost half an hour and my kids were so exhausted, they fast asleep in the room. I send my husband to check and after 15 mins, my husband came and then we transferred the sleeping kids and our bags to new room. The washroom in the new room was so congested that we cannot even stand and brush our teeth. you have to close the washroom door to move to sink or toilet or bath tub. horrible horrible experience.

The check in of the Ramada was closed, so we had to check in at one of the two joint hotels. Our room smelled of cigarettes (even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel), all of the amenities I was excited for were closed down (the restaurant, the beautiful bar pictured, and the large lobby was dark and empty with the water feature shut off and drained). There was a roach in the room and the staff were short with us. When we requested a room change, we had to wait for staff to address two other guests ahead of us in line who also requested room changes for similar issues. Then they told us they had no more rooms. We ended up just finding somewhere else for the night and swallowing the money spent on the reservation. It was cheap and now I see why...
