Second time at this place. Very accommodating. A little dirty, do to rooms on my floor going through remodeling, looks like they are updating everything to a new interior.

Our room wasn’t cleaned day one. Day two when they cleaned our beds were not made, the Kleenex was not replaced (it was empty), the coffee was not refilled, and we did not have a bath mat. The water temperature in the sink NEVER got warm let alone hot. The shower was just warm enough to not be uncomfortable. Al the staff we came in contact with was FANTASTIC.

They was doing construction inside the hotel while I was sleeping right above my room. The pull out couch smelled like marijuana. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Overall stay was 2. But, The front desk lady was very nice. Only good thing about my stay

The check in was easy. Staff was friendly. But the room had problems. Bugs on walls & floor. Refrigerator was dirty. Tub had horrible rust stains. Water flow in toilet was very low & tissue clogging up quickly. Hot water takes a long time to get hot.

This was such a fabulous hotel! Charming in every way. We stayed with our son who took the loft bed and he loved it. Walkable to everything including transit in and out of town. Highly recommend !
