Building transformer blew and had no power for 8 hours. Absolutely no compensation. Was told I could leave and would not be charged and that was it.

Very clean room and the staff was helpful but not overly friendly! But no cookies…. I was told about the infamous cookies and saw it on the glass doors but, no cookies!! It is on a really busy corner in downtown Charlotte, so be careful!

Only dislike I had was, it was ants in our room I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and he look at me like I was lying. However overall the stay was great close to everything.

Check in was problematic to put it nicely. The computers were down and that could not be helped. The lack of communication could have been helped. The main reason for the negative experience was one overly zealous employee that yelled at me for trying to get a luggage cart that appeared to be available. It just added to the chaos and soured our experience. And by the way, no one ever came to claim the cart. It just sat there.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt like home away from home. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect stay other than staff when checking out! Asked to link to Hilton rewards and she told me I couldn’t due to booking through Expedia (rudely) although multiple of other hotels have done it in the past.

No hooks or bars for wet towels in the bathroom for more than one person . Otherwise, nice facilities, very comfy bed. Clean, no odors.

This is the perfect location for exploring downtown Charlotte. We were there for a show at the Spectrum Center..it was a 5 minute walk. It's surrounded by clubs, restaurants, art, etc and never had to get in my car. The valet parking was great. The cookies are amazing. Rooms are clean, loved the shower. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again.

Great location in walking distance to most attractions. However the hotel does not have a pool or offer shuttle service to the airport.

Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. We've stayed at several hotels recently and that doesn't normally happen. The downside for me was the view from our room. We looked out on a rooftop with industrial size air conditioning units. Self-parking was $29.00 per day.

Facility was alright, but the area around it was incredibly noisy until around 2-3am. There was a night club right down the road that you could hear the music and feel the bass from, cars outside of the hotel were revving their engines and blasting their horns and the walls felt like they were thin being able to hear people outside of the room not even being noisy. I do not recommend staying here unless you can sleep through lots of city noise. The hotel should definitely provide ear plugs or white noise machines at the very least.

I really enjoyed the valet. He always made me feel right at home. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend. Everyone is so nice, but especially the man at the valet service.

Beautiful decor in lobby and room. Front desk and parking valets especially friendly. We took cool showers-no hot water! There were hairs on the shower floor- not ours. So cleaning was not optimal.

Stayed at this hotel for the Nicki Minaj concert. When my friend and I got to the room, there was a water bottle that had been opened and cranked, sheets were dirty, poor lighting.
