"Check in was horrible. 3n person in line to check in. I stood there for over an hour to get checked in. The only staff person was checking someone else in and that gentleman said he had been trying to get checked in for over an hour. Crazy right."

"I've stayed here before and really like it. The hotel staff are all really friendly. Parking is free and simple. The breakfast is included and is really good with a wide selection. The room didn't have a mini fridge--I think it did in the past. I think these should be pretty standard in any hotel of this price range/amenities. I like the proximity to the mall and to I-90 and would stay here again, but would like to see them add not only a fridge but a desk lamp as well."
