Nice, professional, but beds are quite uncomfortable and there is a building being constructed across the street so sleeping was quite hard (I can't blame all of it in the property but there should be some warning or action to at least try to prevent the noise)

Superb staff!
Amazing hostel!!! Super friendly staff, great central location. Very clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast really made it all worth it. However, they ran out of towels so be prepared to take your own!

Good location, next to a shopping mall, a good range of restaurants and to the south train station. We stayed just a couple of hours before taking the train. Breakfast was a good surprise, very tasty and good options!

Quick 1 night stay
Checked in very late and only stayed for a few hours as I had to leave early. No problems, very clean, English speaking staff and nice part of the city. Would reccomend.

Convenient stay in Charleroi
This Hotel just opened in October 2018 and was state of the art. Memory foam mattresses and pillows, very clean, efficient staff and easy to walk to in just a few minutes from the train station. There is an airport shuttle also from the nearby station, or the staff will arrange for a taxi to take you the 11 kilometers. All and all perfect for those flying in or out of Charleroi airport.

One of the best hostel that we have visited. Clean rooms and very polite staff. The bar wars until 3 a.m. and there are many types of local beers. Will stay again there.

struttura molto pulita:. le camere con bagno privato sono grandi e pulite ma le lenzuola sono da mettere sul letto e gli asciugamani a pagamento . tutto normale x un ostello!! unica nota negativa è la lontananza dall'aeroporto charleroi di 12 km e non 6 ad un costo di 30€ andata e 30€ ritorno

Overall good place to stay when you arrive from Charleroi airport late at night. Hard to find at first time. Construction site in the next building and you need to be curious to find narrow street where the main entrance exists. Good bonuses are shower and toilet in the room and breakfast even it's very basic.

Manglende rengøring.
Under sengene var der ikke rengjort, det lå gammelt toiletpapir og vaskeklude, hylderne var meget støvede og ikke aftørret fornyelig, der var næsten ikke mere toiletpapir på toilettet da vi ankom. sengene var praktiske men ikke komfortable. der var ingen håndklæder uden at man skulle spørge efter dem.

Hotel positief. Helaas is Charleroi een weinig aantrekkelijke stad door de vele werkzaamheden en de leegstand, de bedelaars. Spijtig.

Bardzo dobre położenie zaraz przy stacji Sud. W okolicy sporo miejsc gdzie można coś zjeść. W obiekcie bar z napojami i piwem ceny normalne. Obok wielka galeria handlowa (uwaga - nieczynna w nd.). Bardzo czysto, pokoje z łóżkami piętrowymi, wygodne. Na miejscu mikrofala, piłkarzyki, gry planszowe, pin-pong do użytku gości. Śniadanie typowe takie francuskie. Dobre. Stosunek jakości do ceny rewelacja.
