In room 2201 you can see the ball drop. The room is large, the view is great. It's definitely a city view. It's not times square but you probably don't want to sleep there either. It's close to Bryant Park as well as Times Square itself. Lots of places to eat, delis, pizza cafes. The bathroom is spacious and the place is well kept. Side tables have plugs for decices and the TV allows streaming from your phone, fyi.

Les abords sont sales, routes défoncées, poussière, la ville de Kelibia irrespirable à cause des mobylettes très nombreuses et polluantes. ...
