The property is very run down. There were dead bugs in the room, badly stained lineds, garbage and trash all around the property. The room was not cleaned properly at all, the refrigerator didn't work. I could go on. The only good to say about this place was the staff was very kind and friendly.

This property is full of roaches! We returned the key immediately and requested a refund. We were told it would be processed the next morning but they are refusing to refund.

Moved to several different rooms water leaking doors don't lock smells only 1 light that worked in the whole room. Bugs everywhere. Wouldn’t refund money. This place should be condemned!! How it is still open is beyond me.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the bathtub hot water was tepid at best. However the vanity sink had warmer water. The air conditioner worked well but was dripping water onto the carpet so at some point it may cause a mildew problem. Check-in was fast and easy, the staff was so friendly and kind. Nice quiet area for a restful nights sleep.

This motel should not be listed as a motel. It's an old boarding house that has been transformed into an apartment complex.

This ropm was by far the filthiest room I have ever encountered in 40 years of traveling. The carpets were disgustingly filthy. The walls were chipped and dirty. The AC was covwred in accumulated dust andvdebrie. The mattress was caved in. I cant believe you promote this facility. We left at dawn.to get out of there. Tje fleas had infestedvtonbathroom. It looked as of thos room hadnot been.cleaned inonths. It was disgusting

When I arrived the property was hard to find. From the front of the building to the single rooms in the back you had to go out of the property and then around a condemned building and up a dark drive way filled with trash on the sides. Once I found the upper rooms is was very dirty and scary. I proceeded into the building and found my room to be very dirty . Yes the bed was done but there was food on the carpet, roaches crawling around, and the toilet lid wet and dirty. Before going to my ro the attendant was laughing that I could not stay on the lower floor where she was and had to go around to the top building because I was alone. Of course I was concerned because it was awful up there. I decided at that point to leave and stay elsewhere. I noticed when I read the fine print I could not get my money back so I just gave up with trying. I returned with the key three days later and told them thank you and did not mention anything. At that time the attendants came out of the motel and stared at me like I was some kind of nut. I have used Orbitz for sometime now and am scheduled for another outing in november. I hope that Orbitz removes this motel from thier list and will not jeopardize anyone else to the rudeness and filth I saw. Also I would like to say the motel was for sale so I feel they did not care for my stay.

The room we were in was very run down. The wallpaper was peeling and there was clearly mold underneath it. There was gum incrusted in the floor and the sheets were stained. Overall, I would never stay there again. The staff was kind and helpful, but I couldn’t get over the state of the room.

The lady was really nice but the room we stayed in was nasty I never stayed in a room before that was so filthy and my husband and I wasn't impressed at all, if it wasn't for the fact that were so tired we would have going somewhere else. We have never been so disappointed in a room. We did not feel comfortably at all in the room.

First the heat wasn’t on and maintenance had to fix. Telephone was not working. No lightbulb in lamp over the bed. Couldn’t access the Wi-Fi. Bedspread smelled of body odor. Peeling wallpaper and water stains on ceiling. Windows drafty. Not the cleanest. And I didn’t feel safe.

The room was disgusting, where can I start? No smoking room 106, Grose, filthy dangerous, should be shut down! I am calling health department on Tuesday after the holiday and contacting m\y credit card for a chargeback. Pictures are nothing like this horrible place. Smoking in all rooms! So much smoke in room and mold just inviting bed bugs and cockroaches. Was scared to take off my clothes and shoes. Couldn't even use the bathroom it was so disturbing. I have stayed in bad hotels before but this one tops the worst! Please do your Travelocity Customers a favor and remove from your site.

Keycard didn’t work,Room was dirty, bed look had very old linens which did not look clean, no light in back leading to entry in building. The wall had multiple areas of holes like things were hanging and then pullled down. Feared of bedbugs. It was so bad would not stay at property. Everything around was booked so ended up sleeping in my car.

Worst stay ever
I walked in to show her my reservation she asked me to go back out in the rain and wait while she took a phone call. Than we Was pulled over driving from the office to the room. The cops said the place is known as a known drug activity place. I had to wait two hours while they searched my vehicle and run our information just because of the hotel we chose. The room smelled weird and it had horrible wifi connection. The beds are horrible and hard. The water doesn't get warm.

we had no problems with checking in since it took us a 12 hr ride to get to WVA- for my dads funeral- the only concern I had ---was the area- was not the safest area - you had bumbs going thru parking lot picking up cigaretts buts- people going thru dumpster- drunk people just lerking around the hotel ---where I did not even feel safe- the only time I felt safe was that I brought the COP car which is my personal vechicel---People were starring at us---cause we walked out all in Black---Comments from people- just the area of the location---Poor!

Friendly staff but hotel needs work
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old and could use a makeover. The bathtub was particularly unappealing. The need for a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting is also apparent. It’s a small town and obviously remodeling is pricey, but it’s long overdo for at least the basic touch ups. The years of stains make it all feel unclean.

Omg where do i start... i have photos of the ceiling in bathroom that was falling down.. the bathtub had been patched and felt like u could fall throug.. the dresser drawer was falling apart could not use.. place is filthy .. only thing good was the night cleck ..
