"There was one staff member that was kind of rude at the front but all other staff was very pleasant and helpful and friendly. The ground outside needed to be cleaned up from what looked like guests that had dropped things. The room was nice, no complaints. The pool was fantastic. Nice and warm as well as clean. I did not use the hot tub so I can’t give an opinion on that. Over all, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Completely dirty, stains on towels, stains on blankets, stains on the walls, holes, bad smells, leaking elevator ceiling when it rained, service was slow, everything was just terrible. When I came in to check in, no one was at the desk for a whole hour. Do not come here."

"Room clean upon checkin, but if you want clean towels, trash emptied or more Kleenex, you have to ask at the desk! Wonder what the $ is going to for the room!? Also door to room is old, huge light gaps come thru when closed."
