"Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. "

"I had a 4-day reservation. When I checked in, the desk clerk neglected to tell me that there was no hot water. When I went downstairs the next morning for breakfast, a different desk clerk told me there was still no hot water and would likely be none that day. She offered to refund the cost of my remaining 2 nights and to give me a discount on the 2 nights I was there. I moved to a different hotel. There were other things wrong with my room -- the toilet ran non-stop; the TV mount was broken and couldn't safely be rotated so I could watch from the sitting area; and the room was very dark because most of the fixtures were missing a bulb. I will say the breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet."
