I arrived at the hotel and it looks like a ghost hotel. I saw couple of guys sitting at the entrance door and I spoke to them about my booking and showed my itinerary number and proof of booking but they didn’t give a single crap about it and kept saying we have no room available and we didn’t receive any money..you had been...

"Bel établissement, personnel accueillant, mais prestations hôtelière et de restauration pas dutout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. De plus on nous a imposé une réception avec la musique à fond pendant 2h sous nos fenêtres alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel loin du centre pour pouvoir se reposer. Très regrettable.
