"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "

"I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."

"Excellent traditional french logis hotel & restaurant run by the second & third generation of the family who created it from the family farm and full of old farm tools and implements. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "The restaurant in this nice hotel is excellent and well worth a detour to enjoy. Great food, very nice presentation, local and high quality produce, both for the evening meal and the delicious buffet breakfast, the latter is the best value I have had in a long time! There is a great wine list and the waiter is knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are friendly and they have made a great effort to provide top quality and value. The hotel rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended. "
