We were tired from the long drive so we just bought some things at the supermarket and ate at the terrace with a bottle of local wine. I...

"Although this is a bed and breakfast, it is exceptional and worth going, the owners are wonderful hosts. The property has been sympathetically decorated to reflect the art Deco period. And there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance I cannot speak highly enough we thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"This place has huge potential to be amazing but there are some things that are not there yet. It is a beautiful, traditional building with a pool and outdoor bbq to use which are both brilliant. You need a car because it isn’t close to things but it is located in beautiful vineyards, close to lovely, small, French towns to explore. The host was a little unfriendly when we arrived and kept her distance, but that does mean it feels like you have the place to yourself. There are only 5 other rooms...

The local area is varied and interesting - off the beaten tourist track, but a must for wine-lovers. Good markets in local towns and villages, and Roman remains to explore. "This was our favorite stay in France. The property is set in the middle of a vineyard a few miles from Vaison le Romaine. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful with restaurant directions. Wonderful breakfast was included with our stay. Room is modern with clever bathroom fixtures. Bed was comfortable. We had two big leather chairs to relax in. We would definitely stay here again. Note, our GPS didn’t pinpoint the location of the B&B. Since it’s in a rural farm area with narrow roads...

"The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk.
