Very nice Hotel in a beautiful location

We had a short break in this beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Meals and service excellent. Spa treatments were a luxurious treat, thoroughly recommend.

We have stayed in many Best Western hotels but this one was the best we have seen. Hotel staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was large with a view over the courtyard, it was spotless and cleaned everyday. Copious tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mints etc in the room which was a real treat after a long day. Lovely pool with towels provided, along with a Jacuzzi and sauna.

This was our second stay at The Grand which has now become our 'go to' hotel when we are in Jersey.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. I paid for thr cheapest room and in return got a pretty small room but it was still great quality and clean. The hotel itself isn't well signposted. You need to drive down the smallest lane for about 1/4 mile which goes against any instincts as a foreign driver! I would definitely recommened though.

Excellent Chef produced super Dinners & Breakfasts. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed.

For a short break without a car this was perfect as the buses nearby went everywhere , the high street and beach and coffee houses and restuarants were on the doorstep or just a ride away. Amazingly good transport system and friendly people.

My Mum and I stayed for a short 2 night break. The hotel is in a good location just outside of St. Peter Port. I could not fault the hotel from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and attentive and the staff in the brassiere particularly friendly. We chose to eat here for both evening meals and the quality of the food outstanding and not overly priced. The view over the little lake was nice and even better with the sun shining. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide range of food...

Helpful friendly staff. Bedrooms very well designed. Food very good. Well cooked. Only drawback is that there are only 2 buses an hour and they arrive within 10 minutes of each other. I realize the Hotel can't help this but it might be worth them trying to put pressure on the bus company. I have now stayed in the Hotel 3 times and it has always been good.

Welcoming, clean and well presented bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Lovely choice of breakfast egg dishes. Generous portions. Centrally situated hotel.

The hotel was everything I had hoped for and more, The room was large, very clean and the bed(and pillows} were so comfortable that I could have spent all weekend in bed! The bathroom was spacious and well equipped and everything worked as it should.Turndown was lovely, so discreet, bath towels replaced, fresh water by the bed AND homemade shortbread! This was our 4th stay at Moore's Hotel, and again it came fully op to our expectations. The location is superb, being close to the main shopping area, and close to the harbour for boat trips to Herm and Sark.. Buses all over the island can be found easily from the hotel's location. The staff are very friendly and the food is second to none. We will go there again, I am sure.

Hotel booked for a 5 night stay to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary, with family and friends. A celebration dinner was booked in the Seasons Restaraunt the food and service was excellent. We would stay in this Hotel again, although not in room 204 as the traffic noise was bad, room near traffic lights.

Clean, comfortable and lovely decor and furnishings. A great location just a few minutes walk from where the tractor bus from the harbour stops and the shops and cafes. Very quiet and peaceful and a great breakfast. A nice garden to sit in during the day and star gaze at night.
