I loved my stay at this beautiful, spacious apartment, which is perfect for singles, couples, or families. The place was spotless when I arrived, and the hosts were very kind and responsive, even when I couldn’t figure out how to work the stove or the dryer. LOL! I loved waking up to the amazing views of the mountains and the sea and walking two short blocks to the beach, the market, or to the lovely beachside bistros. It was also just a short walk to Old Town to visit OEA for a cappuccino or to grab my favorite salad and pizza from Funky’s. Like other parts of Greece, the area is lively and there’s the usual street noise but generally it was calm at night. The area is also very safe. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay again.

This property is a comfortable apartment with a nice view and within a minutes walk of the beach and rest of Old Town. The staff was very responsive and hospitable despite not being located directly in the building. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking to tour the local area.

Thank you for a satisfactory stay. While I have happily used Elia properties in Crete on many occasions throughout the years, I don’t think I will be rebooking this particular property again. Electric stove could unfortunately not be used as a gold (security) button was missing to get it started. Groceries purchased (to cook our meals) had to be discarded. While we did let Maria (who greeted us) know about this, the situation was never rectified during our stay. Secondly, for 4 people staying in the property, we were given no kitchen towels, about 3-4 table napkins and one small roll of toilet paper for the bathroom. We had to replenish all of these items on our own. Lastly, there was no complimentary detergent for the clothes washer (1-2 pucks would have been helpful - we were obliged to purchase our own), and the clothes dryer did not work properly, it kept on stopping. We packed up our clothes in our suitcases and brought everything back to Canada wet. Please view the above as constructive feedback, not trying to upset you. We paid enough for this property and the above would have made our stay much more pleasant. Thank you
