This spacious family room beat our expectations as there were two double beds and a single bed which suited our family well having a 16 and 9 year old.
The house was beautifully presented and quirky with lots of modern art on display. The breakfast had a nice selection but the highlight for us was the swimming pool. It was extremely hot when we stayed so we made the most of it and was lovely to relax there after a lot of traveling.

Friendly staff and really helpful. Room was very clean and air conditioning very welcome. Number 5 bus takes you into Annecy,staff happy to give a map and explain . We did get on the wrong bus coming back,but driver told us to stay on and drove us back to the correct bus stop, again really helpful. You really need to be able to go into Annecy for dinner,there's not much near the hotel except one fish restaurant.

During my stay of a few days, Staff always very pleasant, courteous and always a smile irrespective what time of day it was. Reception & restaurant staff fluent in english & I believe other languages.
Booked as a single occupancy my room was quite large complete with a big double bed, so plenty of room.
Room always found tidy & clean at the end of the day with the bathroom towels hanging up nice & tidy.
Breakfast always a good buffet, with choice of cereals, croissants,joghurts, fresh...

Great hotel within easy walk of the town. Comfortable clean rooms with good amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great. The parking (booked in advance) was undercover and excellent. Good value and would recommend.

We had a late arrival and the night staff were so helpful and friendly. Very secure carpark with gated access and lots of CCTV in the carpark. The room was spotless and well decorated. The facilities in the room were great. The bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries and cereals and drinks. Will definitely be back again.
