"五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 "

"瀋陽に行ったら、何時も利用しています。駅に近く、楽しい夜市、美味しい料理店、ショッピングセンターも近くに有りますよ。バスセンターが近く、空港行に行くのも、便利です。 ホテルスタッフもとてもファミリーです。瀋陽宿泊には、オススメホテルです。 "

"All stuff’s attitude is super nice , while the room is not very clean that there is thick dust on bed head and dirties on the tiles in kitchen. The water of shower room is leaking out thru the door. The water heating machine is not working, have to call technician to turn it on manually. "

"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I...

"The front desk has been extremely helpful. I had problem with my phone at the last minute and I couldn’t call a taxi. Miss Yang who works at the front desk was able to get one for me as I was late to my 20 years school reunion. Kind enough to take pictures for my friends and I when we came straight back to the hotel afterwards. Rooms are extremely clean. We had an amazing view from our room. My grandpa loved the hotel so much that we went back and stayed a couple of more nights . "

"Non-smoking room smells like cigarettes. Descriptions have sauna, bubble bath which were not available at all!"
