"It is a poorly maintained property. Not at all as shown in the pictures. Rooms esp the balconies and toilets were not clean. Common area on 2nd floor has a leaky ceiling and water all over the place.
Secondly, we had dinner at the restaurant and they didn't have most of the dishes on the menu. Even the same dish ordered twice has different taste.
Only good thing was that the staff was good and showers had good hot water
I am pretty certain we are not visiting this place again."

"We stayed at this hotel during a difficult family emergency, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their understanding and compassion made a stressful time a little easier for us. We truly appreciate their exceptional hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel."
