"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"

"Great little hotel. It’s been recently updated and is quite nice. The breakfast was the only weird part. We couldn’t get coffee with our breakfast because the cafe wasn’t open yet. Yet there is instant coffee in the room. The breakfast also includes a bit bunch of lettuce on your plate which was also weird. Just a little touch that would make a better experience is all. "

"The staff was very kind and professional. There was so much that stood out as excellent. check in was fast. I was surprised at a few simple points for all the big amazing presentation. Smart eco choice for halls with no air con. No hand soap in bathroom, was told had to “ask” for it. I would assume cleanliness after using facilities would be essential. Asked for staff to assist with air con 4 times, we were only there overnight but no one ever came. Bed was very comfy. Pillows perfect, 2 per person. I’m a medium size woman “8” and the robes were both too small for me, but nice touch (again considering no hand soap but useless robes). Loved the sliding bathroom door. Large mirrors. View was gorgeous overlooking water (river/lagoon?). The food at Riva was beautiful, not very tasty, I mean naturally. Only had dinner there. Tried several dishes. Stir fried rice was bland. Not much natural flavor of the food. Somewhat bland on flavor, muscles were tough. Shrimp rolls were different, only ground shrimp, no vegetables in the mix, but nice light crispy roll. One (1) scallop in a scallop dish, the pappardelle sauce was amazing though. Tried the pizza, it was interesting, nice crispy crust but cold when brought out, cheese is not tasty cold. Breakfast was great. Lots of tasty freshly prepared options. The pool was super refreshing. The workout room was more than adequate and beautiful view. Overall we would stay again for sure. Probably just eat somewhere else. "

"Very strategic location with 3 min to Lee Garden and 3 min to kim yong market. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The only weakness is wifi is not stable inside room."

"Great Hotel, Great Location The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean. Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient. We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai. "+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am."
