Arrived at this hotel and was immediately given a very warm welcome. We were travelling with our ten month old son and the staff had independently picked up on this (despite us not requesting any additional assistance or special requests etc) and they had prepared a beautiful cot for him with lovely bedding and were very thoughtful in including a bottle warmer and kettle in the room.
