"Was expecting the worse after reading reviews, but the room wasn’t too bad at all. Clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Very small room and bathroom is like an all-in-one en-suite, very small shower tray and curtain. Air con working. All rooms had a smell…..due to people smoking outside. The Boulangerie next door was amazing! A must for breakfast, coffee and a sandwich! "

Secure overnight parking, ideal stop off point from France to UK.
A little out of town but if it’s just a rest stop you need then it’s ideal.
Really nice bar area, super dog friendly & nice food served in the restaurant (opens at 7pm and food isn’t available before that, although the lady behind the bar kindly heated us up a pizza as we were ravenous!)
The service in the restaurant was slow, an hour’s wait between starters & mains, not ideal and it wasn’t just us. All staff really nice though.
