Amazing staff, extremely friendly staff.
The trip was so amazing! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I unfortunately got my purse stolen and they were able to help me get back in my room at a late hour of the night with no complaints. Very happy staying there.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff
This hotel is full of character and charm and was everything we wanted from our stay in Chamonix. The decor is very charming and the staff are lovely and helpful. We had a huge balcony attached to ouf room with panoramic views of the mountains. The hotel is situated in the south of the town which is lovely and quiet but accessible to a lot of the attractions. We had an amazing stay thank you.

Mysigt hotell med alpkänsla och utsikt över Mont Blanc. Vänligt bemötande, rent och med god frukost. Fem minuters promenad till ”byn” Chamonix Mont-Blanc och lika nära till Aguilles du Midi.

Séjour fantastique, la météo était de partie, mais c’est surtout la gentillesse du personnel qui est à signaler. Et le cadre et la piscine au pied du mont-blanc sont tout simplement fantastiques. On y reviendra.

Hôtel familial très agréable et au calme. Tout proche du centre ville à 5 mn à pied. Le parking de l’hôtel est gratuit, Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la petite restauration proposée est à ne pas rater ( des pâtisseries maison délicieuses et des petits sandwiches délicieux) Je vous recommande cet hôtel

スタッフは笑顔で、お願いしたことは気持ちよくやってくれました。朝食も恐らく手作りのケーキなどおいしくいただきました。残念なのはWIFIが遅すぎて使い物にならなかったことと、部屋にポットがなく、お湯をもらいに行かなければならないことでした。
