Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue ...

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt
The place is clean and neat. The problem is when you look at the exterior. It looks like a total dump full o f graffiti paint peeling off it looks like the owners don’t care. The signage is awful.
