A very nice and safe hotel on the inside. Looking out the window into the back parking could be a little off putting with what appears to be a lot of construction waste strewn about.

The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel interior was clean and modern, as were the rooms. However, we saw two live cockroaches, one in the hotel room bathroom and one on the nightstand (presumably because we were in a suite, and guests drop food and don’t clean the kitchen area well). Overall, our stay was comfortable and better than expected for the price despite the bugs.

Clean room with comfortable beds. There was an issue with the TV remote(s) that the desk clerk (only staff person on the property) was unable to solve, but I give him 5 stars for patience, because I was tired, hungry, stressed, and impatient with him. AND THOUGH THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERWARD, I SAW THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE ROOM! That, alone, is enough reason to give them another try, I will say that it would be nice if they added a little warmth and color to the rooms... some pictures on the walls, a nice pillow, a few basic condiments in the kitchen area... anything to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. And the breakfast could be a little nicer. But for the price, I think it's a good deal.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the AC didn’t seem to cool to my desired temperature. Breakfast was adequate but the area was very messy. Spilled coffee and scrambled eggs, crumbs. The coffee was not good! Staff was efficient but not very friendly and not professionally dressed. Flip flops!? It’s an ok place that could be really good with some small adjustments.

Appreciated the nicely appointed kitchenette, clean rooms, clean and comfortable bed. Wanted to give MainStay an excellent rating but we had 2 nights of noisy neighbors. Although that's not a reflection on MainStay it still impacted our review.

Everything was top-notch. I can't tell you how much we appreciated the staff especially Stephanie, Arun and Dhaval. They all made our stay wonderful. Booking last-minute was a breeze; check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spotless. We absolutely loved that there is a kitchenette. Makes travelling with a 1-year-old much easier. The breakfast was fabulous with 24/7 free coffee. There are so many great things I can say about our stay. I will 💯 stay again if we are in the area. Thank you a million for saving us from the nightmare of Super 8.
