"A spectacularly renovated old house with lovely fixtures and fittings and wonderful furnishings. Light and spacious. On arrival, the room that we had booked was already occupied. "When you think of the word Penthouse you think luxury. This penthouse was certainly not that. Our main concern was the safety of the electrics which blew repeatedly every night, luckily the owner showed us where the fuse box was so we could reset it every time we were plunged into darkness. "They promised us a hotel room and when we reached there showed us to an off hotel property which looked like a dumpster. No internet, no linen, no exhaust in the bathroom and very dingy place. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS HOTEL or EXPEDIA for that matter as they did not verify the same."

"We stayed comfortably in a two-room villa, close to our cousins, who stayed in a four-bedroom villa. The villa was well-equipped and had everything we needed. They also provided a free shuttle to the beach and shopping areas in Flic en Flac. The villa is pretty new and very clean. The staff are very friendly. Even the guests are very friendly. We had a fabulous time here for 4 days. "

"We have been lucky enough, over the years to travel extensively around the world, yet I have to say that this will stay with us as being the best holiday we have ever had. For sure, the resort itself is exquisite and you feel such a sense of calm as soon as you drive through the gates, the food in all of the restaurants is outstanding and the rooms are all delightful. However, what sets this resort apart from any other we have visited, are the people ! The butler who was assigned to our room was Tej, who was so attentive and was a great ambassador for the resort. Every morning we would be collected by buggy to go to breakfast. Khunkhun and Navin especially, were so helpful. On arriving at breakfast you are greeted by the lovely smile of Reena and escorted to your table where we were served by the lovely Tarvin. The breakfast buffet is amazing and really needs to be seen to appreciate the quality of choice. Days were spent on the beach being looked after by the incredible Vicky, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants are all of exceptional quality. Indya was our favourite and Kevin, who served us had great knowledge of his menu. Adash in the Floating Market was also really helpful in helping us choose from an extensive menu. My husband used the gym daily and was really helped by Yogesen.Neha was a great help before and during our trip. The Senior Management Team are so approachable and friendly and were exceptional hosts"
