"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

"Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. "This was the perfect place for our babymoon. Everyone was beyond kind. The food is amazing, location just beyond Grace Bay was amazing. We walked many places and felt totally comfortable. We will for sure be back with our kiddos! "

"We had a two bedroom suite. However, in the one bedroom with two beds, there was only one lamp for reading. The air conditioning was slow to respond to new request requested temperatures. Other than these two disappointments, the rooms were good. The staff, generally, was very friendly and helpful."

"The property was great and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. We had an ocean front room but we could barely see the ocean plus we were on the first floor so we saw more green than anything. Would definitely go back but highly recommended a top floor with ocean view room. The other thing that would be great is if the property had some music a couple nights a week. There isn’t much to do in the evening besides dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"Service was exceptional ( shout out to Latoya, our breakfast server that treated our group like queens). welcoming , not stuffy. Hotel was gorgeous , beach clean with fun activities for all . Only downside was the Lady Grace catamaran cruise didn't have enough supplies ( food) for the excursion . "
