Staff was lovely. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hardest part was getting a parking spot for checking in. Taxis took all the available spots out front.

The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play ...

Great location, near the tram that led to Womad, though we ended up walking through the uni. Room is big and clean, bed sunk a little and pillows weren't great.
