"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "

"This was my second stay - very enjoyable and restful after a long day’s traveling! One thing I especially appreciated this time was the hotel’s policy of all-day check-in and check-out 24-hrs from checkin. This was very helpful as I arrived after 11 pm and had a flight out at 9 pm the next day. The food in the main restaurant’s buffet is great and everything is labeled (important as I have certain food allergies). The shopping is also excellent: great for those who don’t have time to visit downtown Bangkok. "
