Reasonable price quality ratio

Low cost hotel with all the basic services offered, including a restaurant and good parking. Internet service is slow and spotty. Hot water shower is offered but flow sometimes is erratic. Better for the price than other options around

Ubicación excelente, personal de atención muy cortez, desayuno variado. Lo negativo es que no había agua caliente por un problema presión de la bomba del hotel pero lo importante es que tuvimos agua al menos fría ya que en todo Chachapoyas no había agua.

Great Choice among in town hotels

This was a great option for hotels in the town center. There was some confusion about pricing, the travelocity prices were different than those listed by the hotel. But the staff was really helpful and earnest, the rooms were nice, good facilities. I would strongly recommend this one if you are staying in the city (I stress that because many folks want to stay in more rural resort type places outside town).
