One of the best hotels we’ve experienced. Lovely staff, excellent amenities and spacious, cozy rooms

Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. The rooms are to a high standard, despite being a little on the small side. However, the addition of a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains more than made up for the rooms size.

Lovely family run business Go out of their way to help Very special hotel, location and staff ❤️

Big room, space and clean, amazing view. The accommodations was amazing too. Wonderful stay.

Peaceful bliss but a great location with lots going on as well. I travelled to a lot of Switzerland from Morgins as a beautiful base. I could easily have spent the day on my hotel balcony drowning on the pure mountain air, listening to the cow bells and the chairlift opposite. Owner & wife delightful and helpful along with great staff. Home cooked evening meals available which were excellent but also lots of restaurants available for a change of scene. I might be making it all sound...

The hotel is situated a stone throw from the La Flegere cable car (and ski rental) and the free bus routes to the other slopes and Chamonix central (less than 10 min). Three restaurants are nearby including 2 with afternoon sun for an apres ski drink. The hotel is a mix of swiss rustic and Skandinavian clean (as in design). The staff (especially Maggie and another woman at reception) were very friendly and super helpful in all aspects of the stay (restaurant bookings etc.) Highly recommended at...

Lovely family run hotel with great views. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was nice, super hot shower. Good food, own car park. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area

The late check in person was extremely helpful given we couldn’t work out the remote check in system.

The hotel is very central in Champéry but what makes this hotel so good is the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness should be the aim of every other hotel staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them all.

A beautiful old hotel in an outstanding location. Second time visiting, will definitely be back. Staff were all awesome. Thanks

All good. Arrived late at night and they left an envelope with the keys

Hotel tres propre, chambre agréable et propre, petit dej excellent avec bcp de choix

Room and hotel were spotlessly clean, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff and super helpful and friendly.

The hotel is great with quirky styling and a down to earth atmosphere however, it's a trendy place to be and is open to non-residents who visit to enjoy the bar and free facilities. In the week we stayed it was a madhouse with young children, under 5's, running around out of control. It meant we couldn't enjoy the facilities as much as we would have liked. We booked the hotel because of all the amenities, somehow those amenities need to be reserved for those who have paid to stay there I...

Wonderful staff, great location
