"Friendly check in - lady didn’t speak much English but we coped Parking - not really on site - station car park around the corner of the hotel but it was fine Food - breakfast was fine - evening meal was what seems to be the standard meal around this area and it was hot and fresh Hotel - ideally situated for when you are driving the Swiss mountain passes"

"Great spot if you're in the area. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The pool is absolutely beautiful and provides for both lap swimming and lounging. I appreciated the robes and slippers, and the bed was comfy."

"Lovely hotel. We were on the top floor and there's no lift, but there was a lovely house keeper who carried my massive suitcase up and back down the stairs for me. I sprained my ankle whilst staying there and he even offered to take my suitcase to the train station with me! Wish I'd got his name. Room was lush, breakfast was fairly basic, but hit the spot."

"Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well."

"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. Staff super friendly, helpful, and present. Lots of options for breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area, but like I said with easy transport to train station. Nice running path along the river. Fitness room had foam rollers which were amazing to loosen up muscles after long days of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Thank you!"
