Really beautiful hotel, great food, very clean and staff were friendly and attentive.

Clean modern hotel with friendly staff

Perfect hotel! An oasis in a remote ish area with great rooms and a lovely pool. Food good too

Best hotel in Gibraltar even though a little out from the centre. Quite a steep climb up to the hotel, made a little easier if you go via the Botanical Gardens. Decor, service, food and ambiance all what we expected. Lovely big well appointed room, fantastic views across to North Africa and The Straites. Only disappointment, no apes visited our balcony! Taxi from airport about £10

Within walking distance of the port for the Tangiers ferry, however free parking only in public on-street spaces. Sympathetic renovation of an old building. Very helpful staff

The breakfast could have been a little more imaginative but was fine. Evening meal was good value for money. A really good hotel with wonderful staff at an amazing price. Very convenient for Gibraltar airport. Amazing alcohol deals in nearby Carrefour supermarket.

Room was very clean. Great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

We didn't have any food here, it was literally an overnight stay then out early in the morning so can only rate the staff and the room. However the member of staff in reception was very friendly and helpful and had us checked in no time, and the room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel Alboran was really easy to find. We drove to the hotel and dashed straight in to check in which was quick and smoothly done. Once we felt a little relaxed, we drove down to Gibraltar which was amazing! The day later we decided to hop on the ferry to Morocco and we booked the tickets through our hotel receptionist who was really helpful and explained everything. The ferry to Morocco was a great experience and we managed to see so much of Morocco in one day. Overall, we had a pleasant two...

Great hotel great pool lovely decor good food convenient for gibraltar

This property is excellent. We visited in early June, before the busy season began, looking for sun, sand and sea. The property is large, well maintained and blends into the natural environment brilliantly. The grounds are immaculate and the private access to the fabulous beach is very convenient. The breakfast is good, the lunch and dinner of a great standard. With this hotel, I think you definitely get more than what you pay for. A big thank you to Redouan who was amazing, so friendly and...

The hotel is nice and we had a very pleasant stay but you can tell it hasn't had investment in a while. It feels a little tired in places e.g. furniture just a little worn. The spa area was very run down - although we were told it wasn't fully open until May for the season. We didn't book any treatments because no-one was around and it didn't look inviting. However, the room and beds were very comfortable - no working aircon though which didn't matter in April but could be hot in summer. The...
