"Had a great stay at this hotel staff always friendly room clean and the food is excellent. It is close to the beach(20min) and the town centre(10min). Gibraltar 25 minutes to ocean village. Try and get a room facing Gibraltar as it’s cooler in the evening.We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and would definitely recommend staying there. Will be booking again next year."

"Helpful and cheerful check in staff. Nice pool (chilly though!), could not get into hot tub as no steps or railings. Great private patio. Restiranywas not good, staff ignored us, food was not good. Staff seemed u happy towards wait or serve us."

"This hotel is iconic and you really feel it throughout the property. Nostalgia is high. Food was good. We had Sunday dinner and it was delightful. Even the bar food was high standard. Two slight downsides - found a dirty sock under the bed when we were leaving, which made us wonder how well it was cleaned. And the shower pressure was not great. Wife with long hair had trouble washing it. To be fair to hotel, we only advised them of this when we left so don’t know if they could have fixed and it didn’t impact our stay much."
