Everything was ok except that I woke up in the middle of the night (around 4 in the morning) by a sound like coming from either a hair dryer or a fan or water tubes, something in the house. This happened 3 times and it lasted for a couple of minutes every time. I was in room 501. I didn't sleep after that.

Excellent all round!
Totally satisfied with the room and all the facilities. Spacious, clean and having our own kitchen was an added bonus. We will definitely use AppartHotels again

Fine for business stay or one night
Room was perfectly adequate, we were only staying for one night en route back to Caen. It is situated next to a hospital in more of business estate so quite a drive back into Renne centre. Had a small kitchen and tea & coffee facilities so good for anyone wanting to be more self contained and as there was no restaurant apart from breakfast, either eat first or take something in! No air conditioning working, beds hard, good shower and bathroom. Breakfast and parking charged in addition to room rate.

Nice Hotel..... Wrong Place ...... for some.
Appart'City Confort Rennes – Cesson Sévigné is new, quiet, comfortable with a great breakfast and a friendly and helpful staff. It did not meet our expectations which was our fault. We traveled to Rennes to see the city and explore it's history. Unfortunately, there was a a major agriculture conference in Rennes and no hotels were available in the old section of Rennes. This hotel was too distant to meet our needs.

We arrived late, the hotel was without personal but everything was prepared. It is not a hotel room, it is an appartment with kitchen and refrigerator, Sad to be here only one night.

Very convenient for a short stay in Rennes.
Very friendly welcome, room was very bright and very spacious. The design of the small kitchenette is very user-friendly, Great use of space. The bathroom was also very spacious with a great shower. Overall we're very impressed and will certainly use this again and recommend to friends.

Hotel OK but could have benefited from air conditioning in the rooms. First night there the fire alarm went off at 4am (due I believe to the warm weather). We then discovered the hotel is not manned at all after 11pm. Luckily some French guys took over and called fire brigade and hotel emergency number (the person there was about an hour's travel away). Didn't instill any confidence in the set up after that.

The room met expectation. Breakfast is little expensive to me (12.9 EUR) with regular food and juice is very limited, however jam is great! There is a groceries store near by, which seems very convenient. Location is at the edge of the city, there is bus 1 goes to downtown but quite takes a while (30 minutes). Another express bus (40 or 41) is less frequent.

Hotel in a commercial area without any cafés or bars to walk to. Paid for breakfast which was very overpriced and there was no hot food left and the staff made no attempt to get us any so had to make do with 1 slice of ham and bread. Very poor

Awesome deal
Excellent quality for an awesome price. Very modern, clean, convenient. Bathroom was bigger than in most hotels in France. Had a safe for valuable and secure parking. Unbeatable for the price. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children stayed at Park and Suites Elegance Rennes between August 27- Sept 3. The suite was attractively decorated and roomy. Staff were helpful when asked for information, and most spoke English. We liked the well equipped kitchen in our suite. There were a few surprises however, that people should be aware of: On the Expedia website under "Fees" it indicates that a roll-away cot is available for an extra fee. This is not true and as a result we had to reconfigure our sleeping arrangements. We were also not aware until a few days into our stay that basic daily room cleaning is available on request only and for an extra fee. Also, the suites are not air conditioned. The fitness facility is mediocre. There is one stationary bike and one treadmill. There is also a universal gym, but parts are missing. Once we figured out the "system" our stay was quite enjoyable.

The hotel was new and clean. We stayed for 7 days and they told us if we want the room to be cleaned we have to pay extra. The hotel has a gym and sauna which is 7 euro per use. The breakfast was OK but I do not think that it worth 13 euro. Moreover, if you go late there will be no fried egg and sausage. Hotel staff could speak English but they were not friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, close to several companies and institutes but far from the city center. You can take bus 1 or C4 to get to city and there was a mall near to the hotel.

Nice Stay
We used this hotel as a night stop over on our way to the South West of France from Cherbourg. We had some problems finding it as it is at the back of a hospital. But once we arrived we were happy with the cleanliness of room and the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were some strange smells in the corridors. Overall a very nice stay that was very good value for money. Good for motorways, however would not stay there for more than the odd night as the areas was a little commercial.
