Lovely hotel, facilities and staff. Room was pretty small with no mini bar for drinking/wine glasses and room service added to bill when requesting glasses and wine opener which was pretty strange as standard for most hotels!

Fremragende ophold, skønt hotel, dejligt pool område, god morgenmad og fine værelser. Eneste små ting at sætte en finger på: manglende engelsk kundskaber hos personalet da der var mange internationale gæster, og så er det ikke optimalt at bo ved elevator

Nice hotel by the beach

I had a nice stay at this nice hotel located by the beach walk in Cervia. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area at the back side with a bar & restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. A comfortable stay when you just want to relax and let the days pass by.

Sehr hohe Kundenfreundichkeit durchweg. Ideale Lage am Strand. Es war Ende September etwas kalt, man brachte mir sofort die gewünschten Zusatzdecken. Alles sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Ottimo hotel, pulizia impeccabile sia in camera che nelle zone comuni. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Colazione a buffet con tantissima scelta e alta qualità di prodotti. Piscina con zona idromassaggio molto curata e funzionante. Servizio bar e ristorante a bordo piscina con molte scelte. Prezzo qualità molto vantaggioso ci ritorneremo senz’altro.

Nice position, clean and nice personal, i recommend anyone who likes to go to that region but its expensive to be 4 stars hotel. I found strange that there wasn't any bottle of water when we arrived and you have to pay it if you want.

Smukt hotel både indvendig og udvendig ! Vi var dog rigtige kede af at vi ikke synes hotellet levet op til at være familie/børnevenlig. Der er ikke livredder ved poolen mellem 12-15 hvor der flest der bader. samt vores børn måtte ikke både med oppustlige badedyr selvom der ikke var andre i poolen på det tidspunkt. Ved udtjekning blev vores slut regning 128€ men vi har kun taget 4 vand 2 øl, 3 drinks og 8 is. men vi kunne ikke få en udskrift på hvorfor deres beløb var endt i 128€ :( Området er super lækkert og meget lækker strand ! :)

Ottimo Hotel

L'Hotel è nel complesso ottimo, sia dal punto di vista delle camere, sia dal punto di vista del personale. Eccezionale è la colazione. L'unico neo è il parcheggio. Non potendo utilizzare quello interno all'Hotel in quanto interrato, avendo l'auto con impianto GPL, ed essendo tutti occupati quelli ubicati sulla corte esterna, ho dovuto usufruire di quello pubblico con strisce blu. Il particolare è che risulta attivo dalle 8,00 alle 24,00 e non si può pagare anticipatamente anche per il giorno successivo. Per cui o bisogna aspettare dopo le 24,00, o bisogna pagare la sosta prima delle 8,00.
