"Our stay at Tambo del Inka was excellent in every way. The rooms and public spaces are all very clean and beautiful. The indoor/outdoor pool is beautiful. Our kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table, as well as the alpacas that were on property everyday. The food was excellent, as was the service throughout the property. It was easy to walk from the hotel to the town, and there were many restaurant options within easy walking distance.
Our only complaint was that the alpaca experience that was included with our resort fee was not much more than just feeding the petting the alpacas. However, we did not pay any extra for the experience, so can't really complain much."
"Everything was good except a call I got at 8am reminding me that the buffet was over... it was completely unnecessary since I wanted to sleep in after going to machu pichu. They woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep."
"The NaturalLodge is a nice place with a great view of the main square in Machu Picchu Pueblo from the breakfast room. The service was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful."
"Incredible hospitality from the reception team during my stay. Diana and Nancy were absolutely amazing, they were attentive, kind, and truly went out of their way to provide exceptional service and make sure I was taken care of. The natural surroundings of the property are beautiful."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to Nelson, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would also like to thank to the bartender and everyone that have make the warm hospitality, friendly service, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is truly world-class. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories from our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!"
"I came in late and left pretty early. The staff was very nice and helpful. I must say that the staff was the highlight of my trip. The hotel was very cute lol."
